Team Members

Two things get attached to a person here. Their role — they have exactly one — decides what they're allowed to do. Their branches decide whose business they can see, and they can work across as many as you like. Because a role belongs to one person at a time but a branch is shared, you can come at this from either end: the person icon lists your team so you can set one person's role and branches; the tag icon starts from a role and lets you hand it to people; the building icon starts from a branch and lets you staff it. It's the same information either way. A cross means not assigned, a tick means assigned — hover any icon to check. What each role can actually do is set over on Roles.
